Elevate Metabolic Health is a small practice with a single clinician, not a national app with a rotating panel. Medical weight management by phone. Some services advertise a low monthly rate and then bill the medication separately. Here your monthly price includes the medication when prescribed, along with nutrition guidance, activity, and regular clinical follow up.
Not sure if this is right for you?
Yes, check if I qualify quiz About two minutes. No medical questions on this page.Prescription medication is available only when a licensed provider determines it is appropriate after a medical evaluation. A prescription is required. Talk with a licensed health care professional about whether treatment is right for you.
Most virtual weight programs will not say who the provider is until after payment. Elevate has one. Her name and her face are on this page, and she is the same person three months later.
Doses in a program like this usually start low and move up slowly over months, based on how you respond. Your dose changes only after Mensie reviews how you are doing, and you will always know your price before any change is made.
Filmed on her own phone, in one take. Not scripted, not edited, no music added.
Heidi receives her monthly program free of charge, on an ongoing basis in exchange for sharing her experience. This is a paid endorsement.
Results vary from person to person. This patient's experience is her own and is not a promise of what anyone else will experience. Weight change depends on starting health, dose, adherence, nutrition, activity, and other individual factors.
One patient, one take. Not everyone is a candidate, and outcomes differ.
Mensie Saint-Lot Tanner, APRN, FNP-BC is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned her nursing degree at the University of Central Florida College of Nursing and her advanced practice training at the Georgetown University School of Nursing. She has spent 12+ years in clinical practice and is a co-founder of Elevate Metabolic Health, which means the person who built this practice is also the person who provides the care in it.
Her focus is wellness, preventative care, nutrition, movement, and helping patients build habits that hold up over the long term. Her aim is care that is convenient, compassionate, and built around the individual.
Mensie is a nurse practitioner, not a physician. She works within the scope of practice established by the law of each state where she is licensed. Her license can be looked up by name in the Florida Department of Health's public license verification database. Anyone is welcome to check before spending a dollar. She would rather you did.
Visits and follow ups are with Mensie. There is no rotating panel and no team you never speak to twice.
If she does not think a medical weight program is the right step, she will say so. That is what the consultation is for.
Secure messaging with the provider between visits, plus lab monitoring when it is clinically appropriate.

Starting price. There are two programs, and which one suits you is a clinical decision. Depending on what Mensie prescribes, plans start at $129 or $150 a month, and she will tell you your exact price on your consultation, before you begin. Your medication ships from the pharmacy, which charges shipping separately, currently $30 to $42 per order. Nothing is billed automatically and no card is kept on file.
Nothing renews automatically and no card is kept on file.
Booking from this page schedules your consultation, which is at no charge. No card is requested to book it, and nothing is charged before you have spoken to Mensie.
If treatment is prescribed, its cost is covered by the monthly program fee shown above. The pharmacy that dispenses it charges shipping separately, which is currently $30 to $42 per order. It ships cold, so overnight delivery is the only option the pharmacies offer.
Nothing is billed automatically and no card is kept on file. You are invoiced each time you reorder, and the pharmacy dispenses and ships once that payment clears. If you decide to stop, you simply do not reorder, or you can tell us by emailing [email protected]. Nothing renews automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. There is no cancellation fee and no long term contract.
There is no membership fee stacked on top of the monthly price and no enrollment fee. Your monthly amount depends on the medication and dose Mensie prescribes, and you will know it before it changes.
A medical weight program is a clinical decision, not a purchase decision. Mensie turns people away when it is not appropriate, and the consultation is where that gets sorted out honestly.
Not every treatment is appropriate for every person. Treatments used in medically supervised weight management can carry risks and side effects, including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation, and less commonly pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, and kidney problems. Some carry a boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents and are not suitable for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2.
Mensie reviews health history and current medications before anything is prescribed, starts conservatively when treatment is appropriate, monitors how things are going, and adjusts. Any concern between visits can be raised through secure messaging.
If a compounded medication is prescribed, it is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for one individual patient. Compounded medications are not FDA approved, and the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness, or quality. A compounded medication is not a generic version of, and is not the same as, any FDA approved product.
Mensie will tell you exactly what is being prescribed, what it costs, and how it is prepared, before anything starts.

No. This is a cash pay practice, which is why the pricing is simple and known before you start. Nothing is submitted to insurance, and program fees are not reimbursable through insurance.
Common side effects in this class include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation. Less common but more serious risks include pancreatitis, gallbladder problems, and kidney problems, and there is a boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents. These medications are not for everyone, including people with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2. Mensie reviews all of this individually before anything is prescribed.
It is one of the most common questions raised at the consultation, and a fair one. Mensie walks through exactly what is involved so the decision gets made with real information rather than guesswork.
Nobody can promise a particular result, and anyone who does should be a warning sign. What the practice can do is monitor progress, adjust the plan, and talk honestly about options if things are not going as hoped. The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time.
That gets discussed directly with Mensie. The conversation usually covers tapering, maintenance, nutrition, and the habits that help hold progress. It is part of the care, not an upsell.
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, and Wyoming. Patients must be physically located in one of those states at the time of the visit. The first question above checks this before anything else.
Usually within a few days. The consultation time is chosen on the calendar right after the questions above, and a confirmation arrives immediately.
With the large platforms the relationship is with a subscription, and the clinician is whoever is available. Here it is Mensie. She knows the history because she took it, she answers the messages herself, and she is accountable by name. Most of this practice's patients arrive by referral, which is the practical result of that difference.
Nothing is charged on that step and there are no medical questions on it. If it turns out not to be the right fit, that is a real answer, and finding out costs nothing.
If it is a fit, the next step is a phone visit with Mensie Saint-Lot Tanner, APRN, FNP-BC, at a price already written on this page.
